Jaron lived in the world of Forgotten Realms, in the City of Calimshan. He joined a thieves' guild under the leadership of a dwarf named "Poison." Poison was absurdly good at everything, but usually sent the heroes to do his bidding. The heroes eventually became officers in the guild before adventuring came to a grinding halt.
