Chapter 2, Errands

I was becoming frustrated with these little punks, so I basically laid it out for them: either they leave, or we make them leave. The kids gave me a nasty look and left, but their "modifications" persisted. Oh well. I recovered my mana and we left. The next day, Marcus told us that he needed to bind the spirit of the Doomsday Clock to his computer's CPU. This would have seemed like a strange request coming from anyone other than him. Anyway, he thought that the spirit residing within the clock would be helpful in predicting the coming apocalypse. Unfortunately, none of us are powerful enough at Spirit magic to even begin to attempt this, so Marcus told us to track down another mage: Angus Coleman. Apparently, Angus had spoken with Marcus at a convention once, and he had expressed interest in this sort of thing. Marcus gave us the address to a large apartment building, and informed us that Angus lived inside the clock tower. What kind of nutcase lives in a clock tower?
