Chapter 3, The Clinic

She made a quick call to Leah to make sure it was ok, and then a doctor proceeded to take us around. We looked at stuff, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. We eventually came to a testing room and found some of the gray fungal matter from before on the edges of a ventilation duct. Strange. We took a sample and asked if anyone had been sick recently. The doctor answered yes - Natasha Evans from HR. We asked to inspect her office for health hazards. He left to go check, which seemed odd to me. I scried him and he entered her office and told her we were here. She said to tell us that she was out and her office was locked. This was very suspicious behavior. The doctor returned and said she was not in today. I told the doctor that we were here for the safety of the children and that if there was a potential health risk in her office we needed to inspect it. He said no again, and this time Desmond had had enough. He simply ran past the doctor and up the stairs. The doctor was dumbfounded and ran after him yelling "Sir!" 		Table of Contents
