Chapter 2, Errands

Angus wanted us to retrieve some old document written by Pocahontas about John Rolf, or at least get a copy of it. I don't know what he wanted it for, but whatever. The bad news was that it was supposed to be in the possession of the Library of Congress. We headed over and easily obtained library cards. After searching and asking around, we discovered that the document wasn't actually in the main library, but off in a repository somewhere else. We drove over to the place and had Brian try to get in. Unfortunately, he was stopped at the front desk and we learned that we needed permission from someone in the government to get in. What a nuisance. After thinking for a while, I remembered that I had a friend that was an assistant to some congressman that I don't care about. I called him up and explained what I needed. He agreed to it and met me the following day with some ID cards. I bought him some drinks in exchange and we caught up for a bit. Afterwards, the three of us headed back over to the repository and entered.
